NATURALS

My new line of jewelry is a special blend of translucent polymer infused with ground herbs, metallic powders and precious alloy foils. I make each color individually by using a special blend of grounds herbs like cinnamon, nutmeg, poppy, and paprika. Each “batch of organic colors” is a limited edition, this adds to the uniqueness and natural quality of each piece. My imagination is continuously fed by my natural surrounds and out of heightened awareness comes my organic shapes and patterns. Once is an instance, twice is a coincidence and three times makes a pattern. Nature is full of patterns…turtle shells, coral, honeycombs, fossils, ripples on the water, rows of wheat, …for me these images feed my passions.

In addition to making the colors and intricate patterns, I design and make the shapes of each bead and piece. Next, I hand polish the polymer to give it a sensual and peaceful feel.
